MISSION
To inspire and equip others to discover, develop and deploy human gifts and talents.
By the SEA courses are for people who want to grow in faith and help make the world a better place. These courses are for people wanting a spiritual purpose, meaningful objectives, divine action plans, and accountability. They want to please God in loving and helpful ways. The mission is guided by Matthew 25:14–30. The objective is to promote the full investment of true human wealth: wisdom, experience, and values. The focus is to help people thrive and live life as well as possible.
By the SEA courses are provided in individual and group formats. Courses are designed to develop and grow gifted and talented people eager to serve others in schools, workplaces, churches, and communities. To learn about initial course offerings, click the Courses tab.
Policies
By the SEA provides educational courses and resources that are faith, evidence, and experience based. People who utilize By the SEA educational courses and resources are required to register and obtain a password. Passwords will be effective for one year and can be renewed.
By the SEA educational courses and resources are not designed as clinical healthcare involving formal diagnoses or treatment interventions. If clinical healthcare is needed, help may be offered by identifying professionals who are licensed to provide specialized services.
There are no fees for By the SEA educational courses and resources. The intent is to make all services available to everyone. By the SEA courses and resources are occasionally sponsored or hosted by other organizations. When this is the case, course participants may wish to make gifts of any amount to the sponsor or host. Participants are always encouraged to share one or more of their 3T’s (time, talent, treasure) with others, churches, nonprofit organizations, and communities.
